DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We currently offer international shipping to Canada and Australia. Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout. All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
We ship all of our orders with FedEx and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout your order will be held until we can verify a physical shipping address.
Free Shipping on All Orders over $300 USD; this is subject to change at any time and without notice.
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders over $300 USD. After verifying your payment, most orders ship within one business day from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping carriers have received an influx in shipping volume over the last few years causing short carrier delays. We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed.
Standard: 2-5 business days
Free: 6-12 business days
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT.
Note: Payment is captured when your order is placed. Production lead times will vary, and this is based on a variety of factors.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, UT.
WHICH DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We don't deliver anything personally. Most of our orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, and FedEx and these carriers deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is most often between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout.

RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@finuglobal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@finuglobal.com.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & ITEMS YOU CAN'T RETURN
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about the item you want to return. We DO NOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
